Access to TEAMS requires an active DoD CAC or active ICAM guest account!
If you already have a TEAMS account but are unable to login with your ICAM username/password (and MFA) or DoD issued CAC/pin, please send an email to the TEAMS Helpdesk requesting assistance.
New TEAMS users - please follow the below steps to request access to TEAMS:
1) Authentication (ICAM or CAC)
1.a) Common Access Card (CAC):
- If you have a DoD issued CAC/pin that you want to use to login to TEAMS, ensure that it is linked to your ICAM account. You can do this by logging into ICAM at https://icamportal.us.army.mil and then clicking on “Your Account” and looking for an EDIPI number. If you see an EDIPI number listed, it should match the number on the back of your CAC – if it does match, then you should be able to continue with step 2 of the below TEAMS registration process. If you do not see an EDIPI number listed, then your CAC is not linked with your ICAM account, and you will need to contact your Government Contract Representative Officer (COR) and/or Trusted Agent (TA) to try and resolve the issue.
- You must also have a CAC reader and the necessary software and certificates installed on your computer. You can find the software and certificates along with detailed instructions here.
1.b) ICAM:
- Do not request an ICAM account if you already have a CAC!
- Ensure that you have an active ICAM account by trying to login to ICAM at this link: https://icamportal.us.army.mil.
- If you have an ICAM account, but don’t remember your password, reset your password by clicking on the “Reset Password” link at the above ICAM link.
- If your ICAM account is not active, please contact the AESD (Army Enterprise Service Desk) at 1-866-335-2769 and request that your account be re-activated. If you’re not sure who your government sponsor is, or if your government sponsor is no longer available, please ask the AESD to change your government sponsor to: William.Pitcel
- If you do not have an ICAM account, please send an email to the TEAMS Helpdesk asking that an ICAM account be created for you. Please be sure to provide the following information: company email address (personal email addresses cannot be used), full legal first name, full legal middle name, and full legal last name. You’ll receive an email from ICAM once your ICAM account has been created, asking you to create a password and login and confirm your information. Once your ICAM account has been fully established and approved you will be able to continue with step 2 of below TEAMS registration process.
2) TEAMS Portal Registration:
- You must have an active DoD CAC or active ICAM guest account before you can request access!
